This position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility. **The grade, title and salary for this position will be determined once an assessment is completed on theselected candidateseducation, experience, and skills (level assignedwill be as either a Facilities Assistant or Sr. Facilities Assistant).** Essential Functions Receives shipments and verifies contents against packing lists. Inspects contents of shipments to ensure supplies are undamaged. Appropriately records damages and shortages. Receives items in the Costpoint system. As directed, responsible for data entry, the maintenance of accurate records and the capturing of any notes in company assigned databases. Distributes mail, USPS and FedEx, and sends out mail, documents and packages as required. Responsible for maintaining and checking the local USPS post office box. Assists with employee work-area moves and any necessary requirements. Receives property into the company receiving module/databases; files paperwork and provides copies of receipts when needed. Properly labels ATI and government property and assigns these against the appropriate department or division. Conducts property disposals, to include proper documentation, in accordance with company policies. Orders and stocks coffee, snacks, utensils, and other supplies for all ATI offices. Ensures meeting and break rooms are properly stocked prior to use. Orders and stocks printer paper and printer supplies for company printers. Provides administrative support to ATI Property and Asset Management. Assists in the scheduling, meeting set up in support of ATI's facility/meeting requirements including participating in the coordination of client events and providing positive ATI internal support. Provides assistance for set-up, take down, and storage of ATI Program booths and equipment. Works closely with SCRA Facilities Management to maintain ATI's requirements for shipping and receiving, facility maintenance, and furniture installation. Manages on and off-site storage of company assets. Supports new hire onboarding and scheduling. Coordinates and manages company key control in all facilities. Additional Responsibilities Provides support of new installation of modular offices and furniture for ATI workspaces (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) Operate upright hydraulic lift, as needed, when authorized.
